    Is the garage not complete? Work halted a few weeks ago and i have parked in it a few times already.

    I’m feeling a little surprised we haven’t heard anything on this site in a bit. Walked around it the other day and noticed they have seemed to have stopped landscaping the lot. I know that’s vague but hopeful it could mean some progress eventually.

    I’m very excited to hear what the layout of these 8 residential buildings will really look like. Would love a full diagram of the property hopefully soon!

    Lots and lots of digging around all of the future three tower sites it seems. Not sure what for exactly but always love to see movement on these exciting projects! Sorry for the poor photo quality had to zoom Also wit the crane jump on Amazon 2 it may be close to a comparable height for what the tower might be once completed. Rough estimation of course, but great to see.

    A little different perspective compared to 1200 Broadway tower. Excited to see this one top out reasonably soon and watch the glass grow on it!

    Tower Crane really coming together. Also never realized on the ground truly how much property NES has compared to a lot of projects happening around the city. Have a photo below that’s shows perspective some what.

    I’m so hopeful for LED Lights at the top of this project soon. It seems so barren at the top at night I cannot imagine that they wouldn’t.

    I have an excel file based off the wiki i have been working on and want to graphically show, hopefully soon, it is something i have thought about recently. trying to think the best way to estimate usable floor height and account for ATT and similar buildings. Might have to be a rough estimate!

    I have always thought we are trending in a appropriate level of height amongst buildings in a way. If you look at the time table of built and proposed in relation to usable floor height we have trended up over time. When accounting for the vanity height of ATT with the spires, it realistically is in the 400’s at usable floor height. We have surpassed that greatly and continue to build up (four seasons, Ritz Carlton, and pinnacle). That doesn’t mean I don’t wish we could just go 800ft however haha, just that we have seen height growth just not perfect. I do hope however it is a domino effect when that 617 height barrier is finally broken. That we see more and more projects that are not afraid to surpass one another.

    I really cannot wait to see this project go vertical with more floors. Going to be a fun one to watch get built especially with its unique architecture.

    I have corrected the expected Height as well as the addition of the Residential Tower to the Wikipedia page. Should appear correct from now on.

    Do you think we may see more potential with the under utilization of the Beaman property near by to really push these 41 story Office and 28 story residential into reality?

    I guess i won’t have to update the wiki page... everything is too short to meet the minimum. Disappointing to see such potential slip so far.

    Looks like the last of the glass of the glass just finished, we finally have a top to our second tallest!

    Drove by an hour or so ago and they got a good bit of that steel up today. Excited to see this building take shape!

    Just was driving by and seemed to see steel being cranked up to the base platform... hoping my eyes didn’t deceive me

    Looks like glass finally going up on South East side of Penthouse level. Almost got a top on this thing!

    I’m sure crossroads at the gulch will be excited to lose their view, but it was going to happen eventually.

    If anyone else was curious, for what these projects could look like height wise compared to the current skyline. I have rough estimated the current TV Tower on the property to be anywhere around 395 - 410 feet. So this property could be a major skyline addition from the south and east side even if not the full 45 floors.

    With all the talk over on 2nd Avenue now, would love to see some progress on this project for sure. Not to mention the parking garage is finally complete so hopefully it will head that way, not sure if anyone has any insights?
