    It’s amazing how small this property really is, just drove by and checked it out. Would love to see a tall skinny as an “End Cap” to a mini Billionaires Row on YMCA Way in the future!!! Especially with Tony’s 750ft and Others.

    Curious, any idea how many cranes this project will take with its multiple parts?

    Do we know, will it be 1 for each major building and 2 for the big one facing church street? Just guessing but was curious where the 5th will be.

    Also looks like a 3D rendering video has been added at least on the top of the mobile site home page. Shows A3 at the 600ish foot height again.

    Giant portable crane on site of Demonbreun today. Possibly to put together crane over the weekend?

    In a way that’s kind of the point of all these threads and forum in general though. We are lucky enough to be involved or live in a city with so much growth happening in all spectrums. It’s tough to deal with at times but i know id never want the flip side!

    Not sure if the correct thread (feel free to move accordingly). But noticed something interesting. Google Earth now has a relatively updated view of a lot of the big projects in Nashville. Can dig around in the 3D and the four seasons along with others in similar time period are now showing.

    Looks like lots more movement and digging today. Possible like blast blankets? I could be wrong

    Just drove by and saw some Core drilling going on, did not get a pic but maybe someone else in town can grab one! (Or at-least my understanding of core drilling)
