    Heard some rumors this may be downsized to around 15 stories, anyone heard anything on this or know it’s validity? Don’t have a real source or anything but curious.

    I think some will especially after completion, but even then would love to see more of the scale (height) with similar design styles. It is however always easy to always hope for “bigger and better” like I’m sure many of us do, but still very excited about the projects in the near future and currently under construction already. It’s been so fun to watch this city grow!

    Apologies, in regards to “new” development and major projects with the cities growth. The historic classic structures will always be the base of what Nashville is.

    I honestly wouldn’t mind something like this here in Nashville, it might not age the best design wise but i would love to see more variance in general. Cohesive design to the general space of course, but some diversity to really build uniqueness in the skyline.

    Has anyone heard any timing updates on Amazon 2 construction, I have noticed the elevator shafts decently built up at this point but haven’t seen any construction on the floors surrounding. Excited to see it go up and fill that space well.

    With this project at a stand still for now, and with the NBJ interviewing the congress group ceo Dean Stratouly mentioning possibly 2 other projects in town in the near future that have not been announced. Does anyone have any idea what they might aim for or a maybe a “realistic” wishlist of what they might entail? Just curious.

    Does anyone by chance have a diagramed height on this project or other resource? I can’t seem to find a consistent one to document.

    Curious to see what the timeline of projects may look like with Asurion wrapping in around the coming year, will we see a relatively near start to the residential and office towers with the work on Broadway bridge? Real excited to hear more on them and the scale they will bring.

    Have we heard anything on the other two towers surrounding Pinnacle? I know renderings show 30 ish floors on each, curious to see expected height or tenants. Would like to update Wikipedia page with info if anyone has any.

    Hello Everyone - I am one of the primary editors of the “Nashville’s Tallest Buildings” Wikipedia page, which includes all construction projects 280ft or tall as well as proposed projects in the same category. I am a long time reader of the forums and have tried to keep up with all the correct information, but just recently created an account. If you have anything that you have seen incorrect on the wiki or have any recommendations to better provide information to the public that are interested please let me know or shoot me a message. Excited to be more active in the discussions of all projects around town.
