  1. I feel like people forget about 350 Billion Dollar in assets Barings is HQ'ed here...
  2. I have to think if they are working on permits in this climate, they are ready to go. So probably this is next, or Prices.
  3. I feel like SouthEnd has no signs of slowing down, its just other areas are speeding up. Up Town is going to be cheap to develop soon compared to these other areas and probably very desirable due to proximity to it all.
  4. Very nice. There are going to be a lot of towers clustered here in 5 years.
  5. So there is a second phase residential component to this. Any word on that? It was right around now we started learning about the phase 2 from the Line/Hawkins towers
  6. Is Atrium planning on doing something with those office buildings?
  7. I am curious how often I have walked by you when walking my dog now
  8. Isn't their a smaller 4 story complex going up across the street from Mill Creek too?
  9. Given that the two Major banks in uptown are about to move away from Hybrid but not have major layoffs other then is specific business groups, i suspect office demand is going to go back up again...
  10. I think it’s like 400 apartments. Was mentioned here a few months ago. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  11. Activity on site. Porapotty and construction trailer Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  12. Those heights don't make sense on 42 stories of Apartment.... unless the 42 stories incorporates the 9 floors of parking.
  13. I guess what I am saying is this is part of the process... and is on schedule? Abatement is a huge step in any tear down of a old building.
  14. I think the wall is awesome and unique.
  15. I mean, they likely did know. It still takes months to abate correctly.
  16. The new green space with Sycamore on One side and 20k of retail on the other in the new building will, I think, make the area even more inviting for people as they walk. I also suspect as the Silos and the Junction get torn down piece by piece (part of the silos already almost got sold to a developer) we will see even more green space and retail down the trail.
  17. To be honest, there needs to be like 10 hotels built around/directly on the rail trail. Also more new builds have to have their retail directly on the trail.
  18. 680 would be huge. It looks to be the case that regardless of parking, both buildings will be over 500'
  19. Consumer Goods are still flying off shelves. Again, Amazon is having a huge logistical issue with the equipment they use in their warehouses, most warehouses companies are. Walmart, Chewy, etc. Amazon doesn't want to hold all of these empty warehouses they can't use for the next 3+ years.
  20. Well thats part of it. But the other part is the conveyers they use are on a 3 year backlog.
  21. I was thinking down further on Scott and close to Morehead, in Midtown. Got my cross streets mixed up.
