    No, and I am going to be honest, that Krispy Kreme in the HQ is an embarrassment and arguably the worst quality KK in the whole state.

    Given the size of the podium and that it is completely wrapped with apartments and the is an elevator core down the middle I would think very little parking if any in the tower

    Hotel is back on the menu boys!!! and that is a brand new render!!!! Also I really hope the have the occasional blockbuster film. Something that would truly be an experience

    Given that US Bank is pursuing 4:1 and they currently have a 3:2, and from what I understand they have a consequence model for not showing up, I suspect their plans for this tower haven’t changed. Edit: height may change, but not US Banks presence here. They need space and have to move out of their current space.

    Yah, the insurance companies have made that switch. Interestingly finance has not. You are going to see a doubling down by the finance companies soon, with many of them establishing consequence models for not showing up to the office when you are supposed to

    TD does have a corporate presence here. It’s mostly call center, but there are a growing number of risk and control positions. Nothing like what Citi or SVB are hunting for though

    Scaling back means going from 200 billion in origination to about 170 billion

    Another 1000 units in SouthEnd. It is really adding up. I would be curious to see the density levels in SouthEnd compared to our peer cities. It might be one of the higher density areas in the whole country 10 years from now.

    I meant the square labeled residential to the bottom left of the old Senior tower, not above. It looks like there is no separate deck which led me to believe apartment tower with podium parking area B2 residential
