    The Slows in Detroit is pretty good, but if I have a BBQ craving I'll happily wait for Thurs-Fri to grab me some Pit Stop. Hands down the best BBQ in town.

    You mean the area across from the baseball field? I believe all they did was clear out the land on the north side of Fase, and from what I recall they took out one home on the sound side of Fase. Seems like they could come to some compromise to buy out the lease or move the billboard to not hold up construction..

    If I remember correctly it's precast... or pretensioned... But this was months ago so I'm probably misremembering what they said.

    That's what I've been told from the EOR who originally designed the thing. I'm sure there will be rebar in the concrete, so no, the whole structure will not be just concrete
