  1. There was a crew taking soil samples at the new Icon on Bond site this afternoon.
  2. Well all the houses are down for the Gateway project. Sorry the picture may be tough to see Also, if you stand real still you can hear the sounds of progress sweeping through this neighborhood... Or that sound might be smoke detectors in the rubble. I'm not entirely sure.
  3. How else would they keep out all the wild wolverines?
  4. I just ran across this article, I hadn't seen it posted on UP, so I apologize if I'm doubling up. http://qz.com/495073/yet-another-great-thing-beer-can-do-revitalize-an-entire-midwestern-city/
  5. Maybe Orion is just getting their name out there. They put the same sign up at the Gateway Belknap project and One Fulton Sqaure.
  6. You mean this odd square foundation? My guess is some mechanical unit, HVAC something or another will be sitting there.
  7. I saw some architectural drawings a few months back for the Venue building. Some guys in the office I work in were putting together a quote to provide the steel joists for the roof and balconies. I gotta say it's a pretty cool looking building inside. There were a few details of the Tower buildings first couple of floors as well. I would think that is a good sign of this actually happening.
  8. I moved into Belknap (from Utah) about 1.5 years ago, then found this website about 8 months ago. Been creeping on here since then, finally decided to post something. Got home from work today to see this: Looks like Orion really means business... Hopefully more so than RJM: Also, the third Brownstone is coming along nicely: Exciting times in the Lookout.
