It doesn't necessarily mean that PayPal is going to be in UCity, but they are looking. Personally, I'd prefer them to locate in Uptown (which won't happen); the rest of 300ST sounds good.

I feel the same way about the Big Ben- its Americanized British-style food; yes, they are some British things on the menu but not many. it also nothing like the pubs I went to, growing up, inside or out. But, did anybody go to Comida last night? It looks really good and the Agenda article makes it look like a great addition to our dining scene!

We really need a clear transit vision that we can all get onboard with (pun intended), a transit plan that we can execute quickly. All of those cities have well-developed transit systems with clear transit plans. We are falling behind.

As Charlotte and Mecklenburg county as a whole is very Democratic, I was wondering what the effect of Bernie Sanders breaking up the big banks would be here in CLT? Personally, I think it would be bad for CLT and thats why I will not be voting for Bernie. But what does everyone else here think?

Well I'm happy because it will ensure more corporate contracts on the 2x daily CLT-London service! I wonder if they will lease more space in 300 ST? Off topic, but is the 300 South tryon working for anyone? It's not for me!

Can we stop calling in-street rail lines trolleys? It makes us sound dated and like a small city. Streetcar sounds more modern and thats what many large cities (like Atlanta) call them.

Is RDU-CDG year-round? If so, it won't last. CLT-paris is a bigger market and its not year-round!

It appears that Delta is slowly building up RDU into a full hub. Delta plans to bring RDU up to 100 daily flights this year and is now calling RDU a 'Focus City'- it sounds like we may be getting competition from RDU and it would not surprise me if AA pulls out of RDU more to focus on CLT with Delta moving in and taking over from AA.
