Noticed today the glass is going up on the W Hotel. Sorry no photos but, a nice dark shade.

At the end of 840 in Dickson could be another option for Tesla. That side of town really needs a shot in the arm.

I know this building is fun to look at but, the location is what makes this property worthy IMHO. ^^^Sorry, I worded the above statement wrong. The existing building is funny to look at but, the land deserves better.

Let's be real here about why Lipscomb's architecture is bland and boring. Being a Church of Christ based school could have something to do with the blandness. They don't even use musical instruments at church.

It's just a really bad design. Very much a midwestern view of Nashville. A swing and a miss in my IMO.

The developers set that number about 3 years ago.

Bill Miller has been just what Nashville needed to up it's entertainment offerings for tourist that have a lot of choices of other great cities to visit.

I like the way the TDZ is setup now. I remember when this was being proposed . There were a lot of naysayers saying the Music City Center would fail to pay for itself.

My thought is that once cars are no longer needed, the pedestal will become retail and loft apartments.
