  1. Not sure but it's still on their main site: https://www.woodtv.com/video/condado-tacos-brings-explosion-of-art-to-grand-rapids’-west-side/6246647/

  6. Just saw this on WoodTV site https://www.woodtv.com/news/grand-rapids/spectrum-health-to-begin-new-construction-project-in-gr/
  7. The dated 90's sign, prominently displayed in the front of the area was a relic. I'd say this is a more contemporary look, even if the material choices are suspect.
  8. I've been saying this about the market saturation for years but the pandemic has really accelerated this. I'll say Greyline has really made their outdoor space cool (literally, brr) but comfortable. Anyone other places you folks are digging their outside spaces?
  9. The 50 bed overflow in the old Purple East will only be for men, that leaves a lot of women out in the cold. I know it's a liability but what's the harm in letting the tents stay until more shelters can open back up?
  10. I believe it's already open. Shows as an active store on their website.
  11. Now that it's dark at 5 PM you can get a glimpse into the work goin on in the hotel rooms.
  12. I sort of dig the renovation. I walked through it on Monday (brrrrrrr) and I like the elevation changes and the little sitting areas it created. I agree that it will look a lot better as the landscaping fills in.
  13. Do you often have a car parked in the middle of a sidewalk in a busy business district of a neighborhood? Cars are ticketed and towed on a fairly consistent basis, at least on the Westside.
  14. You'd think but they're all over the place, middle of sidewalks, yards, in front of entrances to buildings, etc ... I wonder what the plan for the winter is?
  15. Which three places within 500 feet are you referring to? El Sombrero is the only place within 500 feet of the new Condado Tacos.
  16. GR denzien here and I agree and support the potential, Josh Naramore statement.
  17. Diggin the updates ... but it seems like its been at this level of progress for months or is it just me and my lack of time awareness (thanks covid).
  18. Agreed and seconded. On the street or not at all.
  19. I'm extra glad ArtPrize was canceled this year.
  20. I've noticed that too. Haven't really even seen any activity inside the offices there. Parking lot is almost always completely empty. From their website:
