  1. Here’s a more recent photo and I believe the right side of the fence is a gate with a ramp inside the fence. While technically ‘accessible’ it’s certainly not ideal and is a little ableist
  2. Yep, that's the name and the spot. There was a mini-ramp/bowl inside too. Rad little place, was bummed the shows ended.
  3. Walked by the soon-to-open Gin-Gin’s on Summer. Looks way bigger than expected and another fun addition to the Westside entertainment district.
  4. It will be interesting to see if this pivot, to offer more refined food, will be received well by the public. Very similar to some of the food options at Bell's.
  5. I wonder how the Standale location is doing? Seems like a better fit out there.
  6. I actually miss Wheelhouse. I thought that concept was a good fit for the arena district. I guess we'll see what's next.
  7. Wow, surprised to see this. Jeff Boorsma was resistant to soooooo many offers for so long. Curious to see what goes in at the large parcel that Adobe is vacating.
  8. While I'm bummed to lose this gem on the Westside, at least it's still available out on 29th Street. I was wondering if things weren't going so well when they stopped being open on Sundays. Weekends were always fairly busy but weekdays were slow.
  9. I remember seeing the transformation from pawn shop to realty office. Good luck at the new spot and thanks for investing on the Westside.
  10. Can confirm, the food was delicious! Congrats to them for making the jump to brick and mortar space.
  11. Also, they've added 'blended wine' as an option for the non-beer drinkers out there.
  12. I agree it's such a cool space with a bad location. I've been finding it hard to journey out there when there's one on the Westside.
  13. Yep, that spot was 100% a 7-11 back in the day. It's a strange shaped parcel but a clever developer could make good use of the spot.
  14. This building can be seen from west of the Rivertown Parkway exit on I-196E.
  15. Does anyone recall if there's going to be ground floor retail on this corner?
