THIS! I know it's still in some phases of opening/usage but it seems to be a ghost town at all times of the day. Certainly, not a part of the neighborhood fabric.

I've noticed a couple of local chefs/cooks posting about going to Gaia and spending money there. Maybe it's on its last leg?
