  1. I still don't understand why it matters what the the size of the cities limits are? Anyone looking a statistics are going to use MSA and CSA populations anyways or they are looking at specific radii or drive-times.
  2. All I remember is we we were told the garage was designed to be able to accommodate additional floors.

  6. If I recall, 24 hour operations didn't used to take special approval until the Stone Ave. waffle house. And I think drive-thrus didn't need special approval until CFA tried to go on Augusta St.
  7. IMO the City has no business telling any business what their hours of operation are. Yes they may have pass some laws giving themselves that power, but they shouldn't have. IMO the City has no business telling any business what their hours of operation are. Yes they may have pass some laws giving themselves that power, but they shouldn't have. Also, these are the dumbest reasons to block it. "Michael Austin said the drive-thru late hours would increase traffic through the neighborhood" - only traffic through their neighborhood to get to Laurens rd. is going to be from their neighbors. “With no bathrooms open people would be urinating." - this is just stupid, is people pissing out side at drive-thru's really a thing? If so, require them to have a restroom available, easy fix. Doesn't have to be one inside, it could have an exterior entrance like gas stations used to have. But again, its a drive-thru, people are hanging around to eat and take a piss.
  8. When does Cookout close their drive-thru?
  9. I don't know who any of the tenants are going to Plaza Green, but there are some really cool tenants looking for spaces in Greenville.
  10. The Simpsonville Amphitheater social accounts has also made public derogatory comments in the past in the comments sections to articles about Truline.

  14. The state agencies that handle affordable housing are way behind schedule on awarding projects.
  15. The state does not allow traffic studies to be done while schools are not in session. Frist week you can do them is first week of August and then you are in line behind everyone else that ordered one ahead of you during the summer.
  16. They would have applied for permits before the new zoning went in to place.
  17. sorry I thought this was the kimpton hotel project. there is a fence and equipment on that site, but I think since I posted this I saw in another thread that it was for sewer work.

  19. Isn't their equipment on site now though?
  20. Lowes Foods was founded by one of the brothers that founded Lowes Home Improvement.
  21. Sure not 200 Arlington Ave? 200 Anderson St. would be the very next corner and one of the houses in Pendleton St. I know you mean the older multi unit property but I am pretty sure its 200 Arlington Ave.
