I was thinking about that yesterday , with the announcement of the Rutledge Hill proposal. I’m hoping that if they in large part get denied to build as planned in that location, then instead of giving up move it to the East Bank development area. Same goes for some of the other projects that are iffy right now. The East Bank is opening up a whole new blank canvas for which these developers can paint a masterpiece.

Have often hoped someone would do something like this and then decided I'd give it a shot.  I'm not as skilled which is why I hoped someone else would.  But it was fun.  How many projects can you find?  Most of the ones already u/c have been omitted.
