at night, the art panel at Mag & Wash is back lit and you can't see it at all; the exterior light strip at it's base isn't bright enough to counter the backlighting effects of the garage lights...

also, there is a retail parlor at the SE corner, fronting Wash, under the lobby level... is that where they said a Starbucks was going to go originally?

All goes back to the lights are too bright in the garage. I did a couple laps around Lake Eola last night and the blue on top reflects into a cool violet on the water, but the white light from the garage is too much. I'm sure it would be great for photo shoots. No need for a flash.

That last photo facing Magnolia is stunning!

Now, a developer really needs to buy up that lot in the forefront and build a mixed-use mid rise to compliment Dynetech and the Courthouse.

So apparently they are calling the apartments in this building Aspire and the rents are not going to start at $899, but $1,040 instead.

Do you "aspire" to live in downtown Orlando?

That block just West of Dynetech really needs a nice pedestrian development. Its awful seeing a parking lot there.

I'm not a fan of retail under an arcade but overall I think this project turned out AWESOME.

has anyone ever been to one of these "Tastings" Wine bars that is opening up in Dynatech?

Seems it will be similar to the Wine Room on Park Ave. Just wondering how it compares if anyone has been to any. Looks like they have locations throughout FL.

Talk about ass-backwards, I noticed they had to destroy the northside mural by patching the concrete blocks--I wonder if they will repaint it with the same mural?

I would love to at least see a rendering of what the signage is going to look like up there.

I hope it does something to improve the unfinished appearance of the roofline.

I went to the grand opening party of a friend of mine's firm in Dynetech last night. hosted on the 29th level amenities deck which was, should I say, awesome. but being the dumbass that I am... need I say more... you guessed it... forgot to bring something with me to commemorate the event. great views of Eola, Vue, and ORMC area. maybe the best view in town for a quasi-public place. probably Florida's highest pool.
