I noticed the steps on the south side of the building the other day and it looks good. I think it is more along the lines of what people want to see in stark contrast to what the Sanctuary has in place at the ground floor (color aside).

All of this is strictly based on my observations. I think the blue strip is def a go on the westward center facing column/spire, you can see since its been painted that there is a grove down the entire side. I think the Oxblue cam is down as well no new shots since yesterday around 10.

Mmm told ya. The lights are on at the ground retail as well. The arches on the inside facing Washington are quite nice.

It is lit up and there is a black/blackout section that is moving up and down to give it some action. It goes up and down through the first third of the building (the parking garage section). The rest of the way up is solid.
