That's what is being done. It was only going to be different, when they mistakenly thought doing so would result in a large reduction in the proceeds to pay back the feds.

This project will encompass both 10 University and 14University Ridge.  The image is incorrectly showing just 14 University Ridge. The units will be 2 or 3 bedrooms. All parking is underneath the building. The units will range from 1800-2200 SF.  All units have a balcony. All the principals involved are local and Boardman Group is the contractor. Plan to start  construction in 2nd Qtr of 2024 if approved by DRB.
