To me the blue feels kind of cheap looking. I think the white would look better if the trim was black. My favorite is the black to the far left. I think it would by classy, and would go well with the sky, and the brick in the area. I think it would look more modern too.

Go check out the renderings of Rossetti Associates website. They are unlinkable, so you have to go to the website. You'll see that the facade will have a very cool effect incorporating and alternating the different colors glasses all across the facade.

Do any of you know if any of the Detroit casinos will offer permanent full time shows similar to the ones offered at many of the Las Vegas casinos. E.g. magic shows, mini circuses, comedy acts, plays, and has been singers?

Though I don't have pictures, I can give a report:

MGM is doing heavy landscaping on its grounds. It is very difficult to sneak pictures because their construction fence/wall is down revealing the open walls that are left to be enclosed and the security personnel are out making sure no one is pointing cameras at the building. The 3rd Street boulevard was a must. It looks great.

Greektown is up to either level 6 or 7 totaling either 9 or 10 floors total. The structural wall of the bottom 3 levels has begun construction as well. The filler building between the school house and casino building is about complete in terms of skeletal steel.

Motor City has sorta just been puttzin since the last photos I posted.
