Main at Broad parking lot site is now for sale through CBRE. I expect it to be sold very quickly. Prime site downtown for sure.

I don't see it on their website. Is there a sign posted. Was curious as to what parcels are involved. Was an acreage listed?

There’s a large sign on site directly across Main Street from Fidelity. Not sure if the acres were listed. I just got a glimpse of it driving by. It’s not on their website yet.

No. You’re thinking of the small parking lot next to the old Luna Rosa. This site is the large parking lot between Grill Marks and Broad Street.

The signage doesn’t list the acreage. It’s site #2306 through CBRE. Charles Gouch is the selling agent. @btoymight know the sales price and acreage.

Received the pdf file today. CBRE will be doing a bid process for the site starting in mid-October 2023. They want a minimum of $300 per square foot. The site for sale is 1.038 acres and includes most of the parking lot (grey highlighted area below). The building at the intersection of Broad and Falls Streets along with a small sliver of the parking lot (orange highlighted area below) can be added in the sale if the winning bidder wants it making the available site a potential total of 1.583 acres:

Agreed. That’s an odd lot shaped piece of property to sell. It would only take one of the orange pieces to be transformative.

I believe the orange parcels have different ownership which is why it’s structured in the sale the way it is. I imagine the winning bidder if there is one will buy the entire 1.538 acre site. It would be silly and pointless not to.

$22mm to buy the whole thing.  $13.5mm per acre.  Seems above the market to me.  Better put a 20 story building there to make the numbers work.  Camperdown paid about 13-14mm for the whole block IIRC.

The city wants to see mixed use and specifically Class A office space get developed here:
