actually my graduate paper from UF is on NASA SAT. A personal aircraft design for NASA personal aircraft program. It was back in 2002.

I'm guessing that the area across the street from 55 West allows panhandling. That's really the only place downtown where they just line up and ask for money on the weekend evenings. Now that the burito place has opened up, and with 55 West residents moving in one day will panhandling still be allowed there?

They are putting in the railings on the balconies of the bottom floors. I think they look better than any other balconies in town due to the fact that they don't jet out of the building. They 'look' safer and have very clean lines.

How is the remodel/ retrofit of the other side of the Church Street Marketplace, aka the Esplanade coming along?

Have they redone it enough that it will be ready when 55 West is either completed or nearing completion?

There is a burrito/taco/quesadilla place called Panchero's in there up and operating and another Gino's Pizza is up and operating as well. They put some planters and small water features in there, but it really doesn't look that great. Also, it should be releveled. When it rains, there are large pools of water.

Coincidentally, they played that song 1.5 blocks away at Light Up Orlando in 1994/1995 (corner of Church and Magnolia).
