Riverside seems to be bullish on things Commercially.  It does make sense though -  once they get Permits approved, construction could start by years end on the scaled down office tower and Completion & Lease Up take place in early to mid 2027 which sounds reasonable.  Apartments would probably begin leasing up in early 2026.

Also - Love the ‘W’ Columns at the base of the Apartment Tower.

As for height ranking, where does this rank in our skyline, looks like it’s going to be pretty tall.

If Wikipedia is correct (big IF) it’ll be close to 600’ putting it somewhere between 588’ One First Union (jukebox) and new Duke Energy Center (629’). Should note the elevation of the Queensbridge site is roughly 10 feet higher than those two buildings so it should appear closer to height of new Duke Energy Center. Someone correct me if I’m wrong.

No one knows the height... yet... so it could be #7 or #8 on the higher end or #12 or #13 on the lower end? based on the heights that have been discussed here ranging from mid-400s to upper 500s. 

The Vue is 50 stories at 560' and the Museum Tower is 43 stories at 447' but it also has a massive Parapet so ranking somewhere between #7 and #13 but more likely on the higher end than the lower end just because of that parapet and more floors.

I was thinking around #8 - #10 (480’-520’, maybe close to 505’). I tried to eyeball and scale it, but all the numbers I was working with differed in each approved LD submittal I looked at...

Very cool landscape architure design feature (random, created by curviture of Tryon), but QB is creating a terminated vista for Tryon from Uptown.  Very nice!!!
