No I think it the first one for the parking deck between the 2 towers.  As they have not really even started anything where the office tower will rise.

It's halfway between what will be the laydown area and the residential tower. Its for the parking deck podium and residential building, they will add at least three more on the site eventually I'd imagine,

This area is sorely lacking a large-scale civic gathering spot...not just another park, but something like a Union Square.  All this building and there's really not an accessible "attraction" for tourists and residents.  If I'm missing something, please let me know.

I’ve thought the same thing.  It would be nice if SouthEnd had a big plaza.
