I know nothing about where it's going, but if I were in charge of that I'd look somewhere between the Gulch and Midtown.  Close to the convention center and Broadway just doesn't strike me as their target market.  Are they in quieter areas of the cities where they're in now?

A lot of questions in there! I do like the idea of it being other than something that an office building. It needs some TLC.

...And last time I was in there, a fair amount of the space was sitting empty.   I terrific structure that could be put to much better use.

That’s probably because a lot of the offices that were in there were overflow offices from the Federal Courthouse. Now that the new Courthouse is complete they probably do not need a lot of that space anymore.

Metro does not spend very much for upkeep of the building either. They put a new roof on it, but Metro does crap on the cheap and will only do what they need to do to get by. The outside of the building needs to be cleaned severely. Who knows what the inside looks like.
