I mean there isn't really any indication that they would shift from this. If this kind of change had occurred, I'm presuming we would've seen some revised renderings. Comparing Mark's image from the same angle they appear to have just completed the second floor above Church and the shift in box doesn't occur till after approximately the third floor above church. Guess we have to wait and see.

What is being built in front of the Eleven North residential building, right beside the bridge? I was looking at the Asurion Cams and probably thought it was the NES Substation, but it looks to be too close to the Church St. viaduct. Maybe it is and it's an illusion from the camera but it looks vastly closer than the development tracker map portrays it.

Looks like we are seeing the first stage of the "stacked box" that will project towards Church Street here. You can begin to see the staging stacking underneath what appears to be some formwork.

The Broadway viaduct is on the list to be replaced, so hopefully pedestrian improvements are coming.

How would it be possible to remove and replace the viaduct? It would take 3 years right?

If they're going to replace the viaduct, I wish they'd start now.  That way it'd be done by the time the Yards starts hitting stride with the first set of towers finishing up and becoming occupied.

Would have been the perfect time to have done it these last 2 months while Nashville was shut down.  Maybe they'll wait until the next Pandemic and knock it out.

Ive thought the same thing... why weren't road crews country wide hauling ass to get road projects done while there were no cars on the road for two months?

I do not look for that to happen for a while with all the budget cuts comings and tax revenues down. That will also include a big hit to gas tax collections from where those dollars come.

I'd guess Four Seasons is also a contender. And perhaps Broadwest?
