This building appears to be getting close to completion.  Will be interesting to watch office vacancy numbers post-opening.

Last night the rooftop canopy was lit up for the first time. It really makes the building stand out at night.

Loving the exterior signage that has been installed this week on the building. Really makes it stand out nicely coming down Church Street in both directions.

Recalling the Certus fiasco at 1 N Main St, hopefully that means UCB will be a stable local community office.

I do too. The pictures I shared from UBJ article doesn't show it well.  It looks better in person IMO.  Maybe we'll get some high quality drone pics of it soon?
