I like it. I think it looks great coming down the Church St bridge.

This is what is planned

Salvation Army closed. They are clearing everything out at the moment. I guess that means the work on the townhomes will start over the summer. Work has also started on the lawyers office on the corner there turning it into a Vet practice.

Survey crews have been out there working the last two days I have driven past. Tons of survey tape and markers going up. You can see it all along 253 as you drive by.

Some canals and gondola rides would really make it complete.

I think residential along the Swamp Rabbit trail is a no brainer and would probably be what they start with. Get people living there and grow the population base to help with the other aspects of this project. it's a log range vision for sure

So Ava Laurenne Bride is opening up in the old Spatula Cafe and Methodical Coffee Roasting building across from Monaghan Mills. Looks to be a high-end appointment only spot. I think they will be using the whole building. Wonder if this is a precursor to the other retail type plans proposed at Monaghan Mill.

A parking garage would be awful here. It's a park. Keep it's essence as a park.

That would be a great add to the area

I really like this building. It looks great coming down the Church st Bridge. What I really like about downtown now is that there is real width developing to the density. It isn't just a line following Main St. It's densifying off main st.
