I was wondering the same thing. I thought I remembered reading the developer said they hoped to break ground before end of this year on tower #2.

This particular first tower has turned out really sleek--so modern and attractive. Love this architectural addition to this area. Excited to see them all built.

New York-based The Malin, a work-focused members club, has announced it will open its second Nashville location in Paseo South Gulch.

The coworking space will be housed in the Bill Vorhees Building. The 12,000-square-foot site will accommodate 58 dedicated desks, seven private offices, four meeting rooms, three lounges and one library.

I think that portion of the garage will be covered up by the base for Tower 2/3/4.

I'm digging how Prima matches the look and feel height-wise of the Division Street cadre of midrise residentials while also standing out with "look and feel" as well...with its glass curtain and design.

I really like the look and aesthetic of this building. Very sleek overall. 

It looks modern European/NYC modern, without being too much modern. And yea, agreed, it fits in well with the Gulch neighborhood.
