A resolution authorizing 125 11th Ave. Property Owner LLC to construct and install an aerial encroachment over Alley 225 (“Comers Alley”) (Proposal No.2023M-008EN-001).

The resolution was approved by the Planning Commission, the Planning and Zoning Committee, and the Transportation and Infrastructure Committee.

I'm showing how dense I can be here... so what does this mean as far as any imminent construction start and the photo that Mark posted previously... I just don't get any message from it.

One condition of approval is getting permission to build that viaduct over the alley between the two projects.

Do the more recent permits here indicate that this one is more likely to be Flank's next project vs. the Edition hotel?

Site is pretty clean now that 1111 Church is nearing completion...wonder if they might be getting ready to start soon?
