Trend Management out of Houston will open its 2nd office in the Nashville Warehouse in the late summer and will hire 25 people over the next several years. It has a roster of more than 70 digital creators across the country, centered on lifestyle, fashion and entertainment. The move is due to rising demand for in-person representation in Music City, which has “surpassed Los Angeles and New York City in terms of established report for both upcoming and established creators,” says founder Ted Raad.

Overall, definitely a fan of this project.  I do wish the residential portion had a look and feel more closely tied to the office portion.    Also feels a bit like there's no coherent plan about component placement (although there likely was).  Just looks like the developer said, here's the available land, now plop the pieces down.  The office)part looks so cool and then the residential tower looks like a bland office building to me.

@nashville bornThe residential piece is all brick now, it looks much better than when these were taken. On the ground it all feels very connected with the big green space around the guitar. It's quite nice. Once the trees get larger it'll be a very nice shady spot.

Cool.  Really glad to hear that and thanks for sharing it.  Really do like it overall so nice to know that info.
