Yes. Ground floor  retail  "3,290 s.f. commercial/restaurant space" on the north end of the property along Magnolia (probably  will just be a main restaurant to replace the old one, but has outdoor seating on plans). They also have space designated as "Lounge, Breakfast Area" on the corner and fronting Livingston which is more the type    of space associated with hotel lobby and meeting rooms. This will probably be type of typical hotel space with a bar and coffee-shop, breakfast counter and space for any hotel provided buffet area for continental breakfast.

Thanks. Weather/lighting was crap this week, but the clouds do add some competing detail in the composition of the photo with the church cross and courthouse framed. 

I do agree on the courthouse. It is one of the better looking buildings in our skyline and the architectural style fits well with its institutional function and holds up to the test of time.
