https://www.yourcommunitypaper.com/articles/concord-commons-townhomes-moving-forward/ The community paper did a story around it a couple weeks ago.

The Alexan on Fern Creek. The sidewalks are in and opened, the fence dividing the dog park from the Deli Desires parking lot is up, and the public art has been installed.

The Auditorium at Howard Middle. The school is undergoing a huge renovation, but I noticed tonight as I drove by that the large Live Oak in front of the entrance which faces Robinson, was cut down. Incidentally, a cross street towards Mills, the block over from Howard middle, the condos are already under construction.

Alexan on Colonial and Fern Creek is creeping along. They poured the side walk crossing a few days back.

I love that this neighborhood still has several old houses. I wish that the city or another entity would historically zone some of them before they are all gone in this area. While I don’t think that a law firm is the best use, it could be converted into some thing with which the public could interact more. When I lived in Charlotte, many of the old houses had been converted into bars, restaurants, coffee, shops, bookstores, Yoga, studios, etc. I liked the scaling and sense of history it brought to neighborhoods around the core of Uptown there.

The mural is finished, minus the bottom areas which will be completed after construction crews grade around the parking deck

There is a mural getting started by C Stanley on the garage facing Feen Creek. Snapped a screen shot of their reel on Instagram.

Is it the older home next to the atrium office building? Are they tearing that one down? I thought that was part of the bumby Homestead.
