Also, Lebanon will see a mixed-use project by Forester Real Estate Group featuring 120 townhomes and 2 commercial buildings totaling 8,900 sq. ft. on 23 acres on Lebanon Rd., between Medearis Dr. and South Greenhill Rd.

Medearis Drive and Greenhill Road are in Mt Juliet, not Lebanon.  It's just a few hundred feet from being in Davidson County.

Montgomery County: Clarksville Montgomery County Regional Planning Commission has approved the Tailwater Meadows subdivision, a 360-home development on the north side of the city.

The project, which is still in its early stages, will be built on a 131-acre parcel of land north of Ringgold Road and east of Fort Campbell Boulevard.

The community is being developed by Clarksville-based Byard & Mabry Holdings LLC. Managing member Lawson Mabry said the project still has some hurdles to clear before breaking ground, but that he hopes to see construction begin by mid-2023.

Wilson County: The New Jersey-based Boyd Company ranked Mt. Juliet the No. 1 city in the central U.S. in its report that rates cities as a potential destination for corporate headquarters.

Still surprised that Wilson County hasn't created & marketed any sort of office park zoning between Mt. Juliet & Lebanon as a competitor for Cool Springs/McEwen area.

This looks way better than originally proposed.  I'm glad it doesn't look like a concrete island.

Cheatham County: Ashland city will see a new 40 acre Cumberland River Port to be developed by Ingram Barge Company at an undisclosed site.

The new facility will fill a gap left by the closure of the Cherokee Marine Port in Nashville in early 2020. That property was part of the footprint of River North, the major East Nashville development set to be home to Oracle.

There is no set timeline for development of the facility. The effort is part of a push by Ashland City and Cheatham County governments to encourage business development in the area, particularly along the river.

Williamson County: Franklin's McEwen Northside development will see another office building called Block E (8 stories, 300,000 sq. ft.  office space, ground level retail, and an 8,000 sq. ft. restaurant, and connection to a parking garage).

Developer Boyle Investment Company doesn't have any tenant leases signed, they have a number in discussion, proposal and pre-lease phases, including one "signature restaurant" that will be new to the Cool Springs market. The building is set to begin construction in 2023 and be completed in 2024.

Williamson County: Brentwood's Christ Presbyterian Academy Fine Arts Center which opened earlier this year.

I attended a production at this theatre back in the summer. It’s an excellent small venue for audience experience. Hopefully the backstage was well designed for the performers, staff and crew.

That is where I will have to say Nashville really lags is the number of community theater groups that are in Nashville proper. We do not have what you would call a theater district nor a community theater district. When visiting KC MO, I noticed they even had a small district of small community theaters.

Nashville is so far behind the curve in so many areas while being so far ahead in others. I do think Nashville will catch up as more folks move in, but it will take time.

We have music venues-everywhere! I’m retired from the theatre business and I can tell you that Nashville is NOT a theatre town! (Even though we have the oldest continually operating Childrens Theatre in the nation.)

Williamson County: Billboard has this story on Dark Horse Recording Studios in Franklin. Built in stages over several decades by my buddy, Robin Crow.  When he started, it was just a log cabin.

Wrote a song in that studio a few years back.  Awesome place.  Unexpected.
