From the ObserverWhat do Vienna (Austria), Sao Paulo (Brazil), Accra (Ghana), Beijing (China) and Nashville have in common?

They are the five best cities in the world (that's WORLD; W. O. R. L. D.) with up and coming art scenes.

As the New York Times once said; (to this effect) Nashville is a cosmopolitan metropolis on a smaller scale.

Bruce Willis said it first; when Planet Hollywood opened....to paraphrase, he said that Nashville was a very cosmopolitan town; although, I heard that he and Demi rarely left the hotel.

Nashville Brewing Co. claimed a silver award at the recently held 2018 World Beer Cup.

NBC won the award in the Munich Helles beer style category for its Nashville Original Lager, a golden lager brewed with Weyermann Pilsner malt and Hallertauer Mittelfrüh hops.

Awards were given in 101 beer-style categories during the World Beer Cup award ceremony held last week at Music City Center.

World Beer Cup winners were selected by an international panel of 295 beer judges from 33 countries, 72 percent of whom were from outside the United States.  Widely regarded as the “Olympics of Beer,” the World Beer Cup saw 8,234 entries from 2,515 breweries in 66 countries — the largest competition to date.

Cicerone program completion, decades of judging smaller events, and a liver made from steel...

Wow, you were really on that answer! I've judged literally thousands of small events, usually with a few friends - in a bar - watching sports. Don't know about the impervious liver. Definitely haven't completed Cicerone program.... Dangit.
