We will see.  There have been many (failed) plans for that space over the years.

The 27 acre mixed-use project at 1410 Dickerson Pike is now going to be co-developed by Rethink Capital  (three multi-story structures with 337 units and 10,0000 sq. ft. of retail) and Lennar Multifamily Communities (183 townhomes with 2 park/courtyards and 5 acres of green space). Hastings Architecture is in charge of design; Civil Site Group is overseeing land planning/engineering. No renderings yet, but a diagram of the site is below.

Randy Arnold will go before the MDHA Design Review Committee on April 5th to seek approval for the 8 story, 54 unit mixed-use structure at 18-22 Logon Ave. off of Dickerson Pike that will also feature 2,100 sq. ft. of office space, 4,000 sq. ft. for a restaurant, and an internal garage on a .55 acre site.  H. Michael Hindman Architects is in charge of design.  No timetable given yet.  A new rendering is below.

The team will seek rezoning approval from Metro Planning on May 12th. No renderings yet.

I saw this yesterday on the development tracker and was going to post it. this is a change from the previous design that had a sort of "cluster home" design. I think this new design works much better for the neighborhood.

Delayed.  Airport officials want to extended that steel canopy even further over Donelson Pike, with an option eventually go over Percy Priest Lake.   Back to the drawing board.
