Does anybody know if something may be happening at the large empty lot on the corner of 2nd Ave & Hart St? The site had become a bit overgrown with weeds through the fall and winter months, but has been recently cleared and some kind of erosion barrier has been installed on the side close to the church.

They could also be clearing it out just to open it up to keep people from dumping on it all the time. 

As far as I know nothing is planned at this time.
