Won't be subterranean in the truest sense, but the parking will be well hidden by the hillside at the back of the site.

Does anybody know if something may be happening at the large empty lot on the corner of 2nd Ave & Hart St? The site had become a bit overgrown with weeds through the fall and winter months, but has been recently cleared and some kind of erosion barrier has been installed on the side close to the church.

Steinhouse owns all of that. I wonder if they are planning an expansion. I don't see anything on the development tracker. 

They could also be clearing it out just to open it up to keep people from dumping on it all the time.
