E3 Construction has purchased the 5 acre undeveloped site at 2433 Buena Vista Pike for $2.5 million to augment the  land they have immediately to the west for their planned 125 u nite residential development to be called Hearth and Haven at North Pointe.  The seller was RJX Partners, which had planned a residential project for the land.

Part of the Salvage site is for this project according to parcel viewer, but the address is wrong in the story because RSD owns the parcels to the right at 843.

Trinity Lane site sells for four times 2019 transaction price | Development | nashvillepost.com

This is the only thing I can find now which is a sure indication something is up and that is a fire hydrant flow test. My guess is the property is about to be sold. There were plans a number of years back for a subdivision to go at this location.

Baptist World Center Drive Northside Townhomes (3 stories,  24 units?) update.

Looking NW from Baptist World Center Drive, 1/2 block west of Vashti St:

Looking NE from Baptist World Center Drive, 1/2 block west of Vashti St:

Baptist World Center Drive would be a peculiar residential address.

The structure at 600 46th Ave. N in the Nations is being demolished. I believe it was a former window tinting business and probably a gas station before that.

No idea what is being planned for the property but it was sold last year to "COUGAR NASHVILLE REAL PROPERTY, LLC" for $3,350,000.

And I expect the closest buildings will be much closer to the street. The house it's replacing was a beautiful early 20th century "rancher" ... or whatever that Prairie Style in stone is called. I suppose all those beautiful homes are not long for this world. Sadly!
