LIV-Anthem (315 apts.) by LIV Development out of Birmingham appears to be moving forward on the 19 acre site at 4000 Dr. Walter S. Davis Blvd (Centennial Blvd).  Previously York Development had been wanting to do a  mixed-use project just called Anthem on the site that would've included office and retail space as well. Architect is Kimley Horn.  No renderings yet.

The 2 acre plot at NW corner of Belmont Blvd. and Woodmont Blvd. is having nearly every structure razed. Was formerly property that housed various state health programs.  Details still fuzzy on what is going to go here.
