    I have a theory that they are focusing on finishing the masonry on the other 3 street facing sides so they wrap up the sidewalks and then finish the 4th side closer to completion. I always enjoy viewing the building from this angle!

    Finally had the chance to stop by Ballantyne today to see the progress - they are on the 18th floor now on the tower!

    Still crazy to me how many open grassy lots there are over here. You think they would do each parcel individually or maybe group them together?
