    Does anybody have any idea what the fate of this substation will be? I’ve wondered about it for a while, definitely more recently since now it has development on three sides.

    Seeing this building, I was reminded of an 11 story office conversion project in Eagan MN completed in 2016.     The progress looks great! Google occasionally will have me drive by that development when going home from work. It had been a little while so I was shocked when I drove past it a few nights ago!
