    Well by now the cat is out of the bag, this is Honeywell's new HQ - it has to be. They are going to completely mess up the front door to the stadium. Could have done some awesome retail/hotel concepts but no, another boring office tower. Further cements the lifeless tire fire Legacy Union has been to this point.

    I agree there is an HQ relo coming but it is not exactly "out of market"

    It's cost without a doubt. In terms of parking costs it goes pre-cast deck > CIP deck >> above grade podium >>> subterranean (which is really just a style of podium).

    High teens The Chamber number is somewhat peculiar. I think a huge portion is parking income but would like to confirm.

    Fun fact, the office building between it and the park is on the market. Somebody could assemble that whole site and do something really cool. Also, tearing down Ink N Ivy is a bonus.
