  1. I totally agree with everything you’re saying but Jacksonville and Tampa I think have awful skylines. Just my opinion
  2. Pardon my ignorance but I thought there would be other permits applied for before a shell permit. Is a shell permit usually applied for before a demolition or infrastructure permits?
  3. I thought we came to the conclusion a few years ago that when the FAA didn’t approve a certain height that it could be built but the price of insurance on the building was a deal killer. I could easily be wrong
  4. ADA requires a 36” wide passage. I’d totally measure it and report if it’s not at least the minimum. In my business we use to have lawyers looking for even the smallest ADA violations so they sue.
  5. Pretty much the exact design from the Mapco/Subway location at the Harding exit on I65. Great layout
  6. I’m thrilled a tech company is coming here! I’m not real sure what makes this company so bad for Nashville. I’m as independent as they come so I don’t really see the issue.
  7. I feel great about financing for the full 65 because of the condo/apt mix and the partnership with the Y. The verbiage in the articles makes me think the Y is the owner and Tony is developing with interest. This is quite possibly my favorite day of 2021!!!
  8. So no rail line to the sub station?!?! I’ve never been to a airport that buses you to another concourse. Seems small town to me. I am thrilled with everything else I see
  9. The Market Street office building in the south gulch does this. I really love to see these developers utilizing as much frontage as possible.
  10. Does anyone know where I can find cost of living information for Nashville and also how it compares to other cities? I’m curious how much our cost of living has increased since 2017. It would also be cool to see how we stack up against our peer cities. Ive looked for this information and can’t seem to find any good intel.
  11. It costs to excavate but not as much as it use to. I agree it’ll save $$
  12. I saw them testing the ground about a year ago. Hope they do something cool with the property considering the size. These apartments will have the greenway right next to it. Great free amenity for people
  13. I heard a famous horse was buried around the track. Found this: The horse, John R. Gentry held the world record for trotting horses and retired in 1900. He was buried in the infield of the fairgrounds racetrack. Over 100 people attended the funeral.
  14. Tony even got creative and agreed to make a bigger park in unused land right next door!!
