Planning Commission sign is for Phase 2. Seems they're not wasting any time with this one.

Excellent. That makes me feel better about the Kimpton actually starting construction in November or December. This developer definitely seems to know what they’re doing.

The marketing  of this development- promoting it as NYC-style architecture-is bizarre.

NYC has absolutely terrible residential real estate: often old, ugly, often run down, overpriced and often managed by corrupt and malicious property managers.

Maybe try saying that this development is modeled on London’s West End: that would be more appealing.

^^ Same developer but different project than McDaniel on McBee

The project’s developers – who are also completing The McDaniel townhomes project near Cleveland Park – met with the leaders of the Haynie-Sirrine neighborhood association to discuss Biltmore Park. Felsie Harris, the neighborhood association’s president, believes the proposed development would be a great asset to the neighborhood.
