Altria has been trying to sell that for about a decade. I think at this point they are just actively marketing it and ready to take a low price just to be done with it.

It’s a private business using no public funds for a purpose which is legal in the Commonwealth. I  doubt I’ll ever go, but I don’t see why they shouldn’t be allowed to give it a go.

I worked in that building for 7 years back in the '90s  🙂
