Man if they tried , maybe they could come up with a flat roof design. Nobody likes varying height lines, gables, pitches, or character. Chopped off flat rooflines are the ONLY  way to go baby!

This would look very out of place for the area if it were any taller than 4 stories.  You need to develop a commercial and residential foundation before going for height. Real height should be reserved for the immediate downtown for now.

If it was up to me, this development would be at least 35 stories tall.

I took a detour on a run this week to check this place out. It certainly looks pretty nice and will place folks in great proximity to the SRT.

So close, and yet so far... That moat of parking between the buildings and the road ruins any urban feel it might have otherwise had.
