They had delays due to the tower crane’s foundation issues.

I remember, and realize that was a throw back. But this was originally brought forth in July of 2018, this July will mark 6 years since, seems like a long period for a 11 story hotel. Just my opinion, and two cents.

On the surface, this one does seem to have moved a bit slower.  Definitely need to peel back the onion a bit.  There have actually been multiple unforeseen delays.  Considering the size and heft of this project (compared to the relative simplicity of the one that flew up on 12th), they've moved along well IMO.  Also, they announced a first quarter 2024 target finish.  So given the delays, they're looking pretty good.

I hear you.  I'm cutting them a little slack since they didn't start core drilling and busting up concrete until February 2022, four years later.  Yates seems to be efficient with their projects.  I want to say they did Alcove and Albion Gulch, but don't quote me.  I just remember both went up lickety-split!
