In time this will merit a separate thread, but Vanderbilt announced it will close Morgan, Lewis, Mayfield, and Chafin in 2024 to begin demo/construction on “Highland Quad” on 25th ave. Expected to be completed for the 2027-28 academic year.

Yes I went by this Vandy residence hall and I must say they did a good job of making it look like it was there for years and years.  Really nice looking and built to last any trends.
