We witnessed that yesterday at Old Navy...of all places.  They "Boost" in Brentwood and Greenhills  though too.

I normally don't post about new fast food places, but since In-N-Out and Whataburger are so big amongst their followers,  I thought the announcement of the first In-N-Out in Davidson County at Century Farms is noteworthy.  No word on when it will open.

Plans are advancing on Tiger Wood’s golf and dining concept in Century Farms. The team behind Popstroke is seeking final site approval for the concept’s first Nashville-area location. The Antioch location, located at 4221 Century Farms Terrace, will feature two 18-hole putting courses, one indoor and one outdoor, more than 9,000 square feet of restaurant and retail space and a playground.

Nashville Christian Towers, a 9 story, 177 unit affordable senior apartment complex at 101 Foothill Court, just landed a $29.5 million loan to renovate its property.

Padel Huase Nashville will open a 39,000 sq. ft. facility on 4.5 acres (the former Nashville Furniture Warehouse building) at 502 West Thompson Lane. It will feature 8 courts for a Mexican  racket sport that melds tennis and squash.  It is often compared to pickleball

It will offer juice bar, locker rooms, showers, a rock climbing wall, a kid’s playground and multiple lounges. The facility will have 27-foot high ceilings, which are needed for the racket sport.

Padel Haus will be a part of Penkse Media Corp.’s 4.25 acre industrial redevelopment, set to have over 450 residential units and 15,000 square feet of retail space on the north side of the site (north of Padel Huas).
