Feintool metal forming company will expand its Antioch plant at 6033 Dana Way by 25% and add 25 new jobs to the existing 250 employed there.

The third floor was a large cubicle farm,  but these positions are now work from home.

Looking west from Bransford Ave., 1/3 block south of East Iris Drive:

 

Looks a lot like mixed architecture too.  Probably won't integrate well in that neighborhood.  Sort of a sore thumb IMO.  I feel such architectural acrobatics are much more interesting when applied to large and taller structures.

Well...finally!  this was one of the last  projects I worked on  4 years ago at ESA.  Glad to see they finally got the financing and are building it.

The Crossings, Phase I (4 and 2 stories, 359 units) update: topped-out and cladding nearly complete on center structure.

Revelle is now the formal name of the Ridgeview apartment complex (2, 3 & 4 stories, 324 units)  that has finally opened Phase I, east of the Hickory Hollow area: Phase II is underway in the northern quadrant.

97 Wallace Rd. is a 2 story former motel (America's Best Value Inn) that will be converted into 131 micro apartments by Adam Rosenberg. He recently paid $10 million for the property. He also landed two loans totaling $13.9 million for work on the site. The unnamed project is already underway and should be complete in 12 months.  Rosenberg recently completed a similar conversion  with Hermitage Studio Apts. at 4040 Central Pike.
