Can't decide what I think of the mix of brick and hardie siding... looks unfinished.  The pics of Century Farms all look disappointing to me.

I think it’s the contrast between the two colors, if that brink was leaning to the grays it would have been better. Or the hardie painted in the white and cream colors might have worked.

If this wasn't already under construction, this would also be a great location for the MLB Stadium. Already has some of the desired mixed-use nearby. The global mall is also on the other side of the highway.

But clearly that is not the case.
