Athena at the Park (5 stories, 51 units) is the next stage of the complex that includes the recently finished Odyssey at the Park (6 stories, 75 units--nearly all sold , and ground level retail).  It will sit at the SW corner of the intersection of 31st Ave. North and Parthenon Ave.  A new rendering is available.

Developer Richland will go before the Metro Planning Commission on Sept. 28 to seek a modification to the urban design overlay in place for the residential district. Metro Planning Department staff are recommending approval.

Eventually the development is planned to include Mosiac at the Park, to be constructed at 3108 Long Blvd. will offer about 50 residences and also stand 5 stories tall.
