    This project is going to be amazing once completed, ponce city market is such a cool spot hopefully this has the same impact. The tower feels a little tall for the area now but it might fit in better once all the buildings are completed.

    This one has a solid architecture firm on it. I don't think it will be anything as bad as the Drury.

    No what will happen is people living in Alta will now drive to Laurel & Pine a place that they could have walked and now we need parking... and it goes on.

    I wish Nashville had a park similar to Piedmont park Zilker parks. More of a social park where you could go for games and activities. Centennial and Bi-Centennial are too formal, Shelby is too much nature like Percy Waner. Sevier comes close but scale that up by like 10 times.

    Do we know if there will be any connection between this and the Alta development to make access from trinity better?

    This is a window wall system vs unitized curtain wall system. These go up quicker and are supported top and bottom by the slabs, a curtain wall is hung on the slab edges creating a more seamless/continuous look if wanted.

    The Wash at 1101 McKennie Ave now open with limited hours. Five take out restaurants and one bar. Grand Opening April 30th.

    I believe Amazon has the right of first refusal on the 3rd tower. So if another tenant comes along then can then step in and sign a lease for the building.
