This project is going to be amazing once completed, ponce city market is such a cool spot hopefully this has the same impact. The tower feels a little tall for the area now but it might fit in better once all the buildings are completed.

I wish Nashville had a park similar to Piedmont park Zilker parks. More of a social park where you could go for games and activities. Centennial and Bi-Centennial are too formal, Shelby is too much nature like Percy Waner. Sevier comes close but scale that up by like 10 times.- 233 replies

This is a window wall system vs unitized curtain wall system. These go up quicker and are supported top and bottom by the slabs, a curtain wall is hung on the slab edges creating a more seamless/continuous look if wanted.- 827 replies

I believe Amazon has the right of first refusal on the 3rd tower. So if another tenant comes along then can then step in and sign a lease for the building.
